Apple Watches:
San Francisco: Leading technology giant Apple will no longer be able to sell its watches with blood oxygen sensors from tomorrow.
According to foreign media reports, the US court USTTC has issued an order to Apple not to sell any more watches with blood oxygen sensors.
In fact, this ban was imposed on Apple due to a dispute with a medical device manufacturer. The blood oxygen sensor infringed Massimo’s intellectual property.
The Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 watches have been banned.
The company removed the watches from retail stores, but the ban will not apply to retailers that already have the watches.
Responding to the court ruling, Apple said, “We reject the USITTC’s decision, ensuring that consumers can access the Apple Watch with minimal disruption.”
